Let's build our determination and execute our passions. Let's build on village with people that have love for the village. Let's let our goals, our faith and our skills connect for something awesome today.  

Start where you stand! Where YOU are standing is great enough! YOU are more than great enough today. You don't have to stand alone all the time. We can stand together for The Goodness to reveal itself as needed.  FEEL the love that comes with being in the process for progress. The time we truly have, is now! It's totally okay to believe in yourself and your life goals. It's totally okay to believe in your confidants. It's totally okay to grow your strengths along the way and to keep growing. It's a Process. It's YOUR process. Beginning anything is a major step in the right direction. No detours, no distractions, no inner doubt. Say YES to your life and YES to everything working out. The Food Of The Month is  CABBAGE. This wonder of the earth is a noted as being a good source of Vitamin B5, Potassium, Fiber and Vitamin K. Noted as lowering cholesterol.

Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 pound rice
1 head fresh cabbage, approximately 3 pounds
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
1/2 pound ground pork
Salt
Pepper
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Steam the rice and cabbage head separately. Set the steamed rice aside. Peel off the cabbage leaves to have individual leaves.

Add chopped onion, oil, bouillon, and the steamed rice to the ground pork meat. Mix together. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the ground pork mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Wrap each pork ball in a cabbage leaf.

Add carrots and celery into the baking pan (vegetables prevent the cabbage from burning onto the bottom of the pan, and also adds an aroma to the rolls) and arrange the cabbage rolls on top.

Place the pan into the oven and cook for about 1 1/2 hours. Check if it is thoroughly cooked before removing from the oven.

PEPPERMINT REVIVING FOOT SOAK BY  THE BODY SHOP






...is such a soothing way to FEEL soak off the day. It's (ingredients of but not limited to) cocoa butter and peppermint oil mingle well together for a cool experience for the foot. The scent is nice as well. Using items is totally up to you and your own discretion. If you try it, let us know about it.
