(Because of YOU and your warm spirit, The YAAY YOU Blogazine's viewership
reached over 2.1 million and I thank you)

Feeling Good About Our Choices

HI THERE! How are you FEELing? EXCITED? DETERMINED? RE-ENERGIZED? YES! Let's embrace the thoughts that linger and persist to remind us of how awesome we are, of how awesome things have become since our last goal and how blessed our new days ahead can be! Let a concept of  committed actions and  your faith collide to make something wonderful for you today! That "something wonderful" will be based in a joy that mainly you can experience, as it is born of your choices. YAAY YOU!! Congratulations on having the courage to choose. You choose your loves, your friends, your purposes, your steps towards a new opportunity and your perspective. Your perspective can be priceless and valued in rooms that your spirit leads you to. I hope you give the strength of your perspective the inspiration that it needs to grow, prosper, excel and have peace.

Alot of your choices are wrapped around your perspective. Be better than "okay" with that. That is where your awesomeness shall shine and expand as the decisions are already made and the results are pouring in. HOW EXCITING, that someone so DETERMINED can be RE-ENERGIZED from within with the capacity to show love outward - just by feeling AND speaking upon the faith, that they have in their choices. YOU can do it! You are ALREADY doing it!

When you decided to read this, you decided that this was a great area for your time to be spent. I truly appreciate new "Yaay-Sayers" and of course my "Frequent-Tryers".  Decide to have that personal joy. Decide to have that inner conversation that supports your goals. Decide to lend a helping hand in ways that make you feel useful. Decide to remember the goodness of others that you have infused in your life and decide that YOU are totally worth going for it all !!!!! :)

KNOW that what feels good for you, is for you. You will be glad you did and smile about it later. Congratulations on everything powerful that is working through you, with you and for you:)

Have a wonderful JUNE 2015 and JULY 2015 !!! IT'S YOURS! See you soon.

Total Time:
8 hr 40 min
5 min
8 hr 30 min
5 min
Yield:4 to 6 servings

1/3 cup sugar
1 large bunch cilantro, stems and leaves roughly chopped (about 1 packed cup)
3 cups 1-inch cubes honeydew melonZest and juice of 1 lime (about 1 teaspoon zest and 2 tablespoons juice)
Kosher salt

Special equipment: four 4-ounce ice-pop molds or six 3-ounce molds, 4 or 6 ice-pop sticks

Bring the sugar and 1/4 cup water to a simmer in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely melted, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the cilantro and stir until completely wilted. Let cool completely at room temperature, at least 30 minutes.

Put the melon, lime zest and juice and a pinch of salt in a blender. Strain the cilantro syrup into the blender, pressing the cilantro in the strainer with the back of a spoon to extract as much flavor as possible; discard the cilantro. Puree the melon mixture until completely smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender partway through if needed. Transfer the mixture to a large liquid measuring cup with a pouring spout.

Pour the mixture into the molds, leaving 1/4 inch of space at the top (the mixture will expand). Insert the sticks. Freeze until solid, 5 hours to overnight. Unmold, and enjoy immediately.
